It activates your VIP Treatment Package: doctor review within one working day, price lock, five nights' hotel, airport pickup, unlimited date changes, no expiry. Your pickup takes you from Noi Bai International straight to the studio during clinic hours, or to your hotel if you land outside them. The fee covers your VIP arrival service and is separate from your treatment bill — your quote stays exactly as quoted. If Doctor Nguyen Duc Tuyen declines your case, it’s refunded to your original card (less non-refundable processing fees). Pickup and accommodation are arranged for patients who proceed with their agreed treatment plan.
