Your $100USD pre-deposit is refunded to your original payment card in these cases: (a) after your treatment is completed and confirmed by Doctor Tuyen — the standard path; or (b) if Doctor Tuyen declines your case at review. All refunds are made less non-refundable payment-processing fees, which the payment processor does not return to us.
Every refund is individually approved by Brendan (patient coordination) or Doctor Tuyen before it is issued — there are no automatic refunds. You'll receive email confirmation when your refund is approved and again when it is processed. Refunds return to the original card only.
If you choose to cancel, the pre-deposit is not refunded as cash; however, your package may remain active indefinitely — you can simply return to it later, and date changes never expire it.
A visa refusal does not automatically trigger a refund — your package stays active so you can reapply or travel later. Compassionate exceptions may be considered case by case.
Once processed, refunds typically appear on your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
